It is rare in the web industry that customers stay with one provider of web sites or services for ten years, for many reasons.
Custom Web Solutions have clients who have been with us in one way or another for close to ten years. Since CWS was formed in 2001 we have not lost a single client to another company. Of the three clients we have lost, one went in house, and the other two decided not to have websites anymore. We call that a 100% record with our customers.
We are a small company with a big reputation which we have gained by always being available to talk to our clients and serve their needs. In Canberra and in Sydney we have been contracted by large advertising and interactive agencies to complete projects for their clients in our areas of expertise, including projects for Macquarie Bank, ACT Government and Federal Government agencies.

BNS Group
First ever web site built in 1996 by Scott Taylor. Retained as client until the present day, continuing to work on the WebShell based website and the BMXA Community Project.
Raw NRG
First ever web site built by Scott Taylor in 1996, retained as client until present currently using WebShell for their site.
AMSAG
The inspiration for LiteSite, built by Drew McPhee in 1999, currently maintained by CWS care of Drew.
Australian Management Control
First site built by Drew Mcphee and Scott Taylor in 1998, currently using version 1 of Webshell and supported by CWS.
Interplug
Aswell as being our hosting patner who provide all our hosted clients with hosting space on the web, we designed Interplugs site way back in 1998 or so.

Built by Scott Taylor in 1996, maintained to present by CWS.
