We actually rank 1% better (we’re 86%) on this SEO grading tool than a known bigger competitor Australia wide, and they’ve tried the usual SEO techniques, and spent money, all we did was have a compliant site and updated it often.
The local Canberra mob that have a similar offering to us (though ours is far superior) ranks about 50% behind us. Check your site, if it is not worth mentioning, maybe just an upgrade without actually changing any content would get a big improvement immediately.
